Sri Madan Mohan Sharma has worked as a teacher, Principal and administrator in different schools for last 30 years. he had also been a member of also Army Educational corps since 1984 to 2000. His vast exposure to education and keen interest in academics has resulted in giving shape to Rishikul International School, from administration to academics.

His extensive involvement in the activities related to academics has made him the visionary planner of educational activities at RIS. His focus is on self-motivation, personality development, confidence building and sportsmanship which help the students to develop team spirit.

His enthusiasm and vision will make RIS and its students outshine not only in the city but would take them to an international horizon. .
